Nicola Martin and Professor Windy Dryden will be delivering our next Cognitive Behavioural Coaching training starting on 29th September 2018.  This course is designed not only to teach you how to help others achieve their goals but it will change your thinking and behaviour to enable you to lead a happier more successful life.

Under the broad CBT umbrella we focus on the ideas of Albert Ellis, originator of Rational Therapy (RT) now often referred to as Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (RECBT).
