He has published a dozen books including the best selling ‘Excellence in Coaching’ and ‘Wiley-Blackwell Handbook of the Psychology of Coaching and Mentoring’, he has published nearly 40 research papers on coaching and psychology, and has presented over 100 conference papers across the world from US to South Africa. Jonathan set up the UK’s first masters in coaching psychology programme and was programme director for four years. He is now part time professor of psychology and managing director for a behaviour change psychology consulting company. His contribution to coaching was recognised by the Association for Coaching when he was awarded the Global Coaching Impact award for his research and writing.|

|Professor Paul Brown is a consulting clinical and organisational psychologist and Head of the Psychology and Applied Neuroscience Unit within the Office of Government, Lao PDR. He was previously Visiting Professor in Organisational Neuroscience at London South Bank University; in Individual and Organisational Psychology at the Nottingham Law School; and Chair of the Association for Professional and Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS).|
|Dr Raj Persaud could be described as a modern “Renaissance Man”. He is a Consultant Psychiatrist who unusually for a psychiatrist holds a first class degree in psychology and in addition has been awarded over 8 degrees and diplomas including a Masters in Statistics. These are just some of his numerous accomplishments. Dr Persaud is a distinguished lecturer with an innovative approach to psychological issues and we are delighted to have him on our faculty.|
|Photo to follow||Rob Willson currently divides the majority of his work time between private practice and conducting research. Previously he spent twelve years working at the Priory Hospital North London where he was a therapist and therapy services manager. He also trained and supervised numerous CBT therapists over a seven-year period at Goldsmiths College, University of London.
Rob has written or co-authored several books, including the bestselling ‘Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Dummies’ and ‘Overcoming Obsessive Compulsive Disorder’. His main clinical interests are anxiety and obsessional problems, and disseminating CBT principles through self-help. He has made several TV and radio appearances including the BBC TV documentary on Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) called ‘Too Ugly for Love’.

He believes that coaching is about getting the most out of life; facing problems with courage and living life with passion. Phil provides coaching for businesses, organisations and the voluntary sector. He has private practices in Harley Street and Kensington and is the Founder of The UK CBT Group. Phil’s approach to coaching draws on Existential Coaching, CBT and REBT.|
